Although rare (at least here in Michigan), kombucha bars are a nice change of pace. Went to a really cool one recently in St. Pete, FL called Beech Kombucha.

Can't find the article or post where I saw it, but this is a great opportunity for public libraries to have dedicated social spaces and/or after hours setups for social. 

Alternatively, something like Switchyards meets old-school Elks Clubs or something.
