-An omelette with 6 eggs … can add parmesan for extra protein (parmesan is incredible also as a protein bar, it has 33grs per 100g)
-steamed veggies with 250 grs sautéed fish… i love ghee for that … fat that doesnt burn.
-when in a hurry, crzunchy apples with 200 grs peanut/almond butter.
-skyr with banana and apples and peanut/almond butter.
-tempeh/tofu curry
