cheung fan is okay, but ha mai cheung is better and they don’t have them at a lot places the dried shrimp have so much better taste and with cheung fan with shrimps you are gambling because at some places they just give you one prawn in each roll, you can get easily rugged with those

all the family owned cantonese restaurants are closing because they are retiring. usually they are beeing replaced by mainland chinese restaurant i have seen those dumplings on youtube but haven’t tried it and also am not like seeking them, you know what i mean? haven’t been to a chinese restaurant since 2 or 3 years they are rare here usually we have mediterranean like italian, greek or turkish. sometimes vietnamese or japanese a tibetan dumpling restaurant just opened latley but they only open on friday, saturday, sunday

yes because we have a rescue dog and he dosnt like strangers so we’ve been just eating deliveries lately

not sure how the arabs from across the street learned how to cook Japanese because they have sushi and ramen feeling not sure where the years of experience could come from also i have my places where to get food in my curry and i don’t feel like experimenting anymore

lanzhou beef noodles are getting popular here too it feels like a chinese promo campaign for food culture i always try to look for places that look like family run restaurants not business machines
