We're about to exceed Google Maps API limits for LaptopFriendly.co. Paying isn't viable without revenue and steep API costs. Would anyone help us switch to Protomaps & Maplibre GL? (or even a decentralized mapping alternative?) It's a Rails v7 app.

US is short about 1-5M housing units and the surge in multifamily construction is ebbing. Solution: create a secondary market for construction loans to increase liquidity in the construction finance market.
