We've been building on Centaur, the self hosted agent runtime from @paradigm. Some thoughts on what's working, rough edges, and how it fits into our team. TLDR: agents are human shaped (h/t @w) so what works for humans works for agents (tools, version control, etc); working where and ~how we work is paramount (Linear, Discord, etc); agent in the loop > human in the loop (augment, don't reinvent). https://splits.org/blog/maintaining-bug-zero-with-our-red-team-agent/
