pregunta i assume smart account contracts will have the ability to build apps on top - similar to Safe Apps and/or be able to write a custom contract to sit on top of a defined smart account to do certain things like receive and swap erc20 / 1155's automatically based on the permissioned contract

where's the question :) but yes. and you wouldn't necessarily need to write custom contracts, more like modules you can configure (or write your own).
