If you're not sure where to start with supplements, here’s the basics:
✅ Multivitamin
✅ Vitamin D3
✅ Magnesium (glycinate for relaxation, citrate for gut)
✅ Omegas (EHA/DHA mix of omega 3 & 6)
✅ Probiotics (or organic kimchi/sauerkraut in glass containers)
