Telegram and xAI have signed a strategic one-year partnership.

Grok, xAI’s powerful chatbot, will be integrated directly into Telegram, making it accessible to over 1 billion users worldwide.

As part of the deal, Telegram will receive $300 million in cash and shares, plus 50% of all xAI subscription revenue generated through Telegram.
