7/ Smart Contract-Controlled Withdrawals (EIP-7002) 🔹Staking withdrawals can now be managed by smart contracts, making it easier for staking pools and automated withdrawals. 8/ Blob Throughput Increase (EIP-7691) Ethereum will handle more data by increasing blobs per block. 🔹 New Limits: ~ Target: 6 blobs per block, ~ Maximum: 9 blobs per block. 🔹 Benefits: ~ Better for rollups, temporary boost before PeerDAS.
