I've been working out each day (Pilates + lifting) and just started taking creatine today based on a lot of people's recs including @thatguyintech @unhappiimochii so will see how that goes!

You got that! 💪 Just a little tip you might want to take into consideration: creatine is a great supplement and has minimal side effects, but it doesn't really give that much of an effect if you don't have good muscle mass. Usually, the supplement comes with a 5g scoop; you don't need to take it all. As a woman, you may only need 3g, which is about half the scoop. Also, don't "load up" on creatine as the bottle says. As a first-time consumer, you could exhaust your kidneys.
