We definitely need a resource to asses technical risk issues for DeFi protocols and yield vaults specifically. This could prevent many users from depositing into bad products, which often results in loss of funds. A good example is x.com/StreamDefi, which resulted in a $93M loss for it's users, and depegged four USD stablecoins in one week, neither of which have recovered yet. Something like x.com/bluechip_org who write extensive reports on stablecoins to help users asses the risk.
