We definitely need a resource to asses technical risk issues for DeFi protocols and yield vaults specifically.
This could prevent many users from depositing into bad products, which often results in loss of funds.
A good example is x.com/StreamDefi, which resulted in a $93M loss for it's users, and depegged four USD ...

I just recently thought to put some stables into a protocol for yield.
But the main concern is that even sustainable protocols like @Balancer could be hacked.
$230M was hacked from DeFi protocols during last years.
