Quick feature idea for x.com/SuperGrok.
I’ve used the product multiple times when I’ve run into issues on X, for example, creator payouts or video uploading problems. Often, I’ll explain what ended up fixing the issue.
Since LLMs already have access to chat data, they should incentivize users to share the solution that worked once their problem is resolved. Nine times out of ten, people just end the chat as soon as the issue is fixed.
Building an incentive program that encourages users to respond with what solved their issue, similar to what x.com/StackOverflow did in its early days for developers, could help resolve a lot of recurring problems.
