Gammaswap's new yield token design is very interesting.
→ Swap ETH to gETH or BTC to gBTC
→ UniV3 pool earns LP yield and aggregates it to gBTC/gETH
→ GammaSwap loan hedges IL to stay delta neutral
→ Yield accrues and compounds on rebalances
Still short vol (not gamma neutral), so drawdown risk in trending markets. Only issue is lack of liquidity in gamma itself to really test this on a larger scale. A very interesting design worth paying attention to.
