brokered by Dominari Securities.  
Eric Trump denied involvement in the new company,  
but he and Donald Jr. are linked to Dominari.  
Both joined Dominari Holdings' advisory board,  
based in Trump Tower, getting 750k shares worth $3M.  
They received 250k upfront, with more at milestones.  
Possible extra 550k shares if targets are hit.
