Less legal overhead if a product uses a smart contract launched by the zora platform?

Technically the token is launched by a 3rd party, so legally the owner didn’t launch it?

I guess the counter would be we still had to hit the button, but the button was made BEFORE heavy speculation could be implemented.

i.e, if Jesse Pollak, turned on zora creator coin it is speculation.

But a random person decided to utilize a smart contract of a launched token in other applications, it would not have been launched in speculation. Idk…
