Starting from this week, Midea advocates that department leaders strictly control overtime, stipulating that no one is allowed to work overtime in the company at 18:20, and prohibiting employees from returning to their workstations after meals to continue working overtime. So far, as soon as it's time to finish work, HR has been urging everyone to hurry up and finish work next to their department.
