Rightmost was a gift from my parents

Second and third from the right came with the house I'm living in

Leftmost was a necessary upgrade to handle large diameter logs

I would have thinned the herd, but it's nice to be able to pick the smallest chainsaw that's appropriate for any given job, for safety's sake

Also chainsaws are uncommonly fussy and maintenance intensive, so it's nice to be able to take two chainsaws to do a task, and spare myself the minor ordeal of sharpening or repairing in the field

I have an old stihl chainsaw i recently had fixed back up. a boss in name and function. 

clean shop. jealous. but im honest with myself. i would never be happy in a clean space. 😅
