The market isn't ready for "alt season" (or whatever you call it these days). Relative strength on alts just isn't there (this is exemplified by the lack of strength whenever $BTC retraces). The good news is, this is pretty normal, as BTC is still in its expansionary phase. The crazy mania doesn't begin until BTC puts in its high, which I don't think has happened yet. Until then, take advantage of dips to accumulate quality stuff (emphasis on "quality" - as the dispersion this cycle makes it crucial to pick the right assets). Have to adapt to the new market.

Looks like Binance is still putting pressure on Solana, allegedly dumping their tokens through Wintermute. Why? Most likely to attract more users to BNB Chain and boost their own ecosystem. This cycle is looking more and more like 2017. Back then, BTC struggled in Q1, but surged in Q2. Fun fact—Trump was president then, just like now. Plus, global money supply just hit a new ATH, which could push BTC higher. Maybe this time, “Sell in May and go away” won’t work.
