Work in progress The words we use to describe "money deployed into an instrument / transaction with expectation of future upside" The words implicitly carry a judgement on the activity based on 1) duration 2) perceived value. Haven't found a word for the bottom right quadrant.

I vote for “collectables” like NFTs Only valuable to a smaller group Usually has more sentimental value to the owner than true monetary value Typically a longer hold
