There is a sentence by my favorite author, Haruki Murakami, from the book Norwegian Wood, where he writes: When something hurt me, I didn’t talk to anyone about it. I would think about it myself, come to a conclusion and deal with it alone Not that I really felt lonely, no; but I believed that in the end, people must save themselves by themselves.

Murakami's words always cut deep with quiet honesty. This quote beautifully captures the solitude in healing and the quiet strength of introspection. Sometimes, facing things alone helps us truly understand ourselves.
