hot take: i’d strongly encourage more of you to also cross-post on X at this stage of Ethereum ecosystem and market development the L2 discussions here are absolutely lit but only a small fraction of this makes it onto X, making it much less likely to reach new eyeballs who are not already heavily Ethereum-pilled

I just use Coinbase to buy ETH and then send to my wallet using Base. 1 minute process and free. If you’re trying to avoid a CEX, I’m not sure

People FUD’ing ETH because L2 settlement isn’t burning much ETH Ignoring the fact normal L1 activity burn is still enough to make ETH deflationary Meanwhile the whole world gets to use ETH/Ethereum tokens on L2 basically for free, scaling network effect to infinity 🤷‍♂️

Sorry for the low level troubleshooting question but: I transferred some ETH from Coinbase to Metamask (on Base) with plans to try out some cheap post-4844 swaps. When I click the ETH in my MM wallet on the Base network, it doesn’t even give me a Swap option. Only “buy” or “send.” Any tips?

Imagine looking at the ETH chart, everything happening on L2, the amount locked for staking (and restaking) and not thinking it's going to absolute smash through ATH this cycle. One simple never has enough ETH.
