yeah i agree with you, the issue is that ‘everything in my power’ is a never-ending laundry list

i will stay fit. i will lift. i will eat as well as i can (including lots of whole foods!!) but i am happy to eat artificial bars for protein gains + microplastic maxx.

went to a wedding last week. 

the dads of the bride and groom were similar age range. 

one was fit and partying with his daughter till 5am, the other was off to bed after dinner and could barely walk.

many reasons why this is the case, but i do everything in my power to be the former.

maybe i should care but i don’t really really care 🤷‍♂️
