united fans are very strange people. they seem to be the only ones who don't understand how a transfer works. 

if a club quotes a price for a player and you pay that price the fault lies with the paying club who decided that player was worth that price.

if your club consistently pays for players far above their valuations (as united has been doing for a few years) the problem is with the people doing business on behalf of your club.

Yeah, the problem are from the representative handling the club business, but let’s not act like club like benfica and dortmund don’t inflate price because it’s United.
Honestly, it’s not that we don’t get how transfer work, but me especially I’m tired of getting ripped off by them every time.

leicester quoted 80m to city too and they walked away. 

also, if your club's recruitment team is looking to fill a hole and they always have only one player they're looking at to fill that hole, that is a problem with your club as well. 

again, there is no united tax, your club is run badly. 

Maguire was valued around 60m and was quoted 80m by Leicester because of “united tax”. 

Business is not always that simple tbh, walking away isn’t always realistic when there’s a hole to fill with little to no time. Mind you, the alternatives aren’t always cheap when United comes knocking as well.

My frustration here isn’t about United paying, it’s about club slamming ridiculous price cus it’s United.

nobody is inflating prices man, your club is just run by idiots. rb leipzig are asking for 90m and arsenal are saying no. city walked away from signing maguire because they thought the asking price was too high. 

if the asking price is too high then walk away, don't complain about getting mugged when you pay.
