Hired a new trader for Coin Collective on @dxrgai terminal. Would be great to have something like this for real tokens, it’s going to be fun.

This is great, more awareness around crypto art is needed. Crypto art is still not understood by most people, and serious academic reflection is also lacking. People will be amazed when they realize it is more than just a tool for speculation; it is a genuine artistic language of the digital era.

For comments, we could implement content sorting options: showing popular, early, or most recent posts first. This would help bring some order to the chaos. Regarding ā€œspamā€ labels, they should only be applied in the most obvious and extreme cases - such as when a user is sharing malicious links or engaging in blatant spam distribution. This can be easily identified. The ultimate goal is to provide equal rights to as many users as possible: those who are just beginning to interact with the platform, those who are in read-only mode, those who haven’t decided on their content yet, or those who simply don’t know how to post well. This way, they won’t be isolated and will continue to participate on equal terms with others, receive airdrops, be heard, and so on.

Levels 1, 2, and 3 will be treated the same within Warpcast. These users will be visible in followers, will receive airdrops, and their comments won’t be hidden. However, users should be given the option to sort and choose whether they want to see content from all categories or just 1, 2, etc. By default, users will see everything except activity from level 4 spammers. For channels, we can combine this with the ability for admins to not only ban/exclude users but also to reduce their access specifically for that channel. We could also allow all channel participants to reduce the visibility of a user’s posts via a conditional "dislike." If the user receives too many dislikes from different people, their posts will only be visible to their friends. This isn’t a ban or exclusion, but a targeted weakening of the account within that particular channel. In any case, a large channel without moderation is doomed.

It’s a very complex task, and perhaps it’s worth approaching the problem from a different angle. What is the core issue? Users who are not engaging in harmful activity may receive ā€œspamā€ labels. But why is this bad for them? Their comments get hidden, they don’t receive tokens, they don’t count toward metrics, and so on. But is it possible to ensure that they don’t face these consequences? I think we need to define which accounts are not causing any obvious harm and simply not apply these restrictions to them. Here are a few ideas. We could implement a system with 4 levels, named as follows: 1. Content Creator/Influencer 2. User 3. Suspicious User (low activity, no verifications) 4. Spammer (clearly harmful)

I'd define spam as repeated or irrelevant content distributed with the intent to manipulate visibility, algorithms, or user behavior. I get that setting this up is complex, but right now the system feels too strict and too blind. If you just be yourself (even if you're a boring, careless person reposting project deals, discounts, etc), you can easily get flagged. But if you figure out the right frequency and style, you'll be fine. I’d like the "spam" label to be a last resort, with many factors considered before it’s applied - especially if the account is linked to other social networks, a phone number, and 3 wallets, lol.

I'm not an expert in this, but it's just common sense. If someone has passed 6 out of 6 verifications and isn't engaging in spam in any way, they shouldn't be marked as a spammer. If this is a necessity, then introduce parallel metrics, for example, mark accounts with low activity separately, and have a distinct category for spammers, who are clearly spammers, not something ambiguous.

Absolutely, it's the role that matters, not the individuality.

Oh, that’s a Warpcast-specific problem, the labeling system is absurdly poorly configured, but I guess they just had more pressing things to deal with. Sooner or later, they’ll probably get around to improving it.

It’s possible to some extent, but hardly worth the effort, it’s better to shift the focus to intentions, consequences, and value.
