Hey Alex! happy to see your reply here. I remembered in the early days Drakula for a couple of weeks became my number 1 short video app rather than tiktok. And this was natural, I had almost not positions in there. At the same time there was a telegram group where it was meant for users to give ideas for enhacing the app. How ever user where not listen unless there was a style UI suggestion. And there were pretty good ideas in that group. Then after months of people not been listened I start losing interest in the app as some other people as there was nothin extra to be engaged with. Time After I came back with the video coins. But it just seemed a new meme launcher with videos. The main Videos as tiktokstyle was not first thing. and as a consumer it confused as what was the purpose of the app. I do believe you have built a great product, you also had a huge visibility joining DEGEN in the early days. ⬇️ ⬇️ ⬇️

However must of founders get married with their vision regardless the users have shown their need I have found that devs here are married with their initial vision, and dont listen to users with small accounts (which are the masses). What I would suggest is to go back to the data where you had more real active users and go back the same dates to your Telegram chat and verify what missed what were the needs and expectations from the users that were not met. You already have a great product and have a huge audience, there is no need to reinvent and change your product hasing after the new trend. I would not be surprised if the next thing would be AI agents on videos on Drakula and it will be a pump for a while. I am writting this with love not hate and I believe getting back to the initial track and listen to users will led to bigger goals.
