I feel like the math has got to be a little more complicated than what is being floated around here. 

For example, if an individual’s share of the total allowance pool is limited to 0.22% (10,000/4,500,000) then their excess contribution to the vault would need to be removed in determining everyone else’s allowance, otherwise the whole allowance pool wouldn’t be distributed, right? Which would mean to get the max 10k allowance, you would need to distribute far less than 0.22% of the total pool.

That seems to be the case at the moment, but as more people join and the amount of stake is greater, this value will change.
