I need to get back to – cooking during the week – walking 10k steps a day – drinking a gallon of water Also going to the gym but these feel more approachable given that they’re mostly “passive” and daily lifestyle choices

What caused veneers become so widespread among 20 somethings? Was there some improvement in the procedure or cost that made it more accessible? I find it incredible that so many people are willing to undergo an irreversible process for such a prominent part of their appearance.

Seems plausible. Not much incentive for the surplus to be given back to the employer. Need better incentives. https://x.com/fabianstelzer/status/1926000937702764635

We’re planning to launch a new, optional “Pro” protocol subscription 1. At launch, subscribers will have a Pro badge on their profile 2. Subscription will be onchain and part of the protocol. 100% of the proceeds go to casters / developers in weekly rewards. This in addition to the existing $25K+ a week in rewards. 3. Planning to add longer casts (10K characters) and up to 4 images per cast for pro subscribers (needs a protocol change). Additional features over time. 4. $120 a year / $10 a month
Why are we doing this? - The protocol needs to find long-term revenue source that can continue fund caster and developer rewards beyond any one company.
 - We originally thought storage fees could be that, but we’ve realized that storage fees should be essentialy free to help growth.
 - So we’re trying an opt-in pro subscription as another model Why now? - Figuring out a long-term revenue model that works will allow us to double down on investing in growth

me and the @urbe-eth crew are all in, no hesitation we’re thrilled to bring Farcon to our city, and grateful to everyone who voted for rome 🇮🇹 for the past 3 years, we’ve been bootstrapping the italian builders ecosystem from the ground up, and Farcon will only take that to the next level more soon 🫡

For my personal use, crypto is in a great place. Fees, speeds, wallet UX, applications are perfectly fine for my usecases, and they'll keep getting better. However, I'd like to see some things significantly improved, in order of importance: - CRITICAL: Configurable withdrawal rate limiting in Safe & smart wallets and indeed, in all smart contracts, should be a standard. Without this, I significantly limit my usage of crypto - Custodial standards for smart wallets - Stage 2+ decentralisation for L2s, complete overhaul for Tron (normies receive USDT on Tron) - EUR stables w/ liquidity - Better frontends & standards - More competition & options for minimal hardware wallets - Range order management for Uniswap V4 - Significantly less volatile, reliable, long-term sustainable and high liquidity SoVs (BTC and ETH are far too erratic) - Integration into widely adopted payment networks, both global and domestic - Some inaccessible assets tokenised as RWAs - Farcaster with bustling non-crypto content/discussions

The Farcaster First Pledge: founders building in crypto should launch on Farcaster first. It's the best way to seed your project with an extremely high-quality and loyal user base. It's doing well by doing good. Btw this doesn't mean you can't launch on X too. You should. But that comes after.
