This post made me think. Sharing my thoughts: Pain point: In India, there are over 20,000 restaurants on Swiggy and 12,000 verified restaurants on Zomato. There is no way for the restaurant owner to know who their loyal customers are. Customers, on the other hand, have no clue how much are they spending.
