Did you close the app / exit claim flow when you hit "Accept"? What did you see right after you pressed it? Can you also try restarting the app and make sure on the latest version?

after clicking the accept button, there was another window unfortunately I don't remember exactly what it said, something like 'received ✅' and at the bottom there was the same purple button, but without any designation, just a purple rectangle then I went to the notifications where it required me to restart the app to update, so I restarted it then I went to check my wallet and found that no tokens had been received there
