With my team, we're changing the game of collaboration and token distribution 

I'm not the CEO that decides on everything, I'm a facilitator 

This means that every month, we decide together who get what % of the monthly allocation together using wisdom of the crowd

This month will be the first one where we officially move into that process as we are actively moving towards MVP interface and will start onboarding soon 

The last 20 months have been incredibly tough but also incredibly rewarding : when we launch, we'll have extreme decentralization at all levels

Most people who are on this journey are here to make a buck or to find a way to not pay taxes 

I'm here to create a viable and sustainable alternative to the current state and government options out there 

I'm not thinking in months or years but decades, even centuries 

I know we're in an ideal position to ...

Create something that will have a lasting impact on how our society is structured at its foundational level 

I am taking this responsibility with the honour and respect it deserves

We've been bootstrapping and turning down investors to keep it 100% decentralized and in the hands of citizens 

It's been tough, because the team is top 1% in their respective expertise and obviously busy 

But also very rewarding because ownership is very high

I see the connection in the fact that this network state will be the result of the team’s work and ownership will dictate the later growth of the network and sense of ownership of its citizens

admire your commitment to this structure. bootstrapping is tough for sure, but raising VC comes with its own downsides
