One of the most exciting things I heard from @rish on the @gmfarcaster podcast yesterday was when he said: "We could make it AI-first in some ways". Neynar’s work in AI is already very evident. The @neynar AI agent and its mini app understand everything happening on Farcaster and can also pull in both onchain and offchain info (similar to Grok for X). Since Neynar is Farcaster’s data infra, they are naturally positioned to build agents with full network-wide context. Recently, Neynar also launched Neynar Studio, which makes it easy for builders to create mini apps through AI vibe coding. This greatly lowers the barrier to entry, as long as you have a good idea, you can build. It also demonstrates the team’s ability to turn AI into practical, production ready tools. That's why Neynar’s effort to make AI "fully natively integrated into both the application level and the network" is especially exciting. It could make social networks more interesting and help the app ecosystem thrive. AI is clearly one of the most important techs today and in the future. As crypto continues to explore ways to integrate with it, the potential sparks from an AI × crypto-native social network are exciting to imagine.
