8km yesterday, 20km today. Took a break from running for about 1.5 weeks since this weekend. This upcoming week: - Speed work - running 1km as fast as I can, 5 times. - Recovery run - 10-12km run - Long run - 30-35km run

Going to start vlogging / coining the journey of marathon prep given that it’s ~1 month out from now. My rough rules: - Sleep before 10pm with early morning runs (marathon gunna start at 5am) - Eat healthy - No alcohol - 4/5 runs a week
