Hot take? Some l2 networks SHOULD be centralized- they should explicitly state up front what types of hacks they will revert. Dapps can deploy and users can bridge knowing this ahead of time. Maybe some users want this protection? People could out like 20% of their funds in these l2s and 80% in decentralized ones.
