I am in a point in my digital life where I need to do some spring cleaning. Need to clean up and purge all the telegram groups, discords, dopamine sources that are no longer useful. Anyone have advice?

just start phasing it out one by one. soon you‘ll feel what „connections“ you really need, and what were just time fillers… Make sure that you secure contact with the ones you wish to keep in touch. Reduce your attention to plattforms which gives you smthng, and not just „steals“ your time.

I am also infinitely curious to try new products so I end up a bunch of test flight apps too

hmmm, maybe set block times during your day for testing. treat it like a task, or if it‘s fun like tv (pre vod & streaming). just because now everything is 24/7, doesn‘t mean we should.

i also started to set higher requirements if I should test flight that „new interesting“ app in question. giving time to reflect on it, even if just stepping away for couple of minutes, often helps to decide if it‘s worth my time. and if i stop using it, delete it. (unless a feedback is expected)
