The Bitcoin ecosystem (https://cryptorank.io/ecosystems/bitcoin) is rapidly evolving, with a strong focus on scaling solutions. Once the Bitcoin scaling challenge is addressed, a flourishing DeFi ecosystem on Bitcoin seems almost inevitable. This is especially true given Bitcoin’s dramatically increased role over the past year among top-tier institutional funds and government structures.
