Inverted trap bar deadlift: Inversion creates traditional deadlift height. This lift is for posterior chain (glutes, hammies, errector spinae). If you do deadlifts correctly, your back should not be sore in the coming days. Band is for accommodating resistance. It gets heavier at the top of rep. This is good for sticking points and is great for speed work predominantly. Although it is a great way to build that dog in you.
