Coinbase should get the license in Luxembourg, instead Gemini in Malta. Kucoin, among the medium exchanges, one of the last to add mandatory KYC is trying to get the license in Austria. Then Binance, Bitget and Kraken will join.  

Mexc has decided not to delist USDT for now. Clearly all the big exchanges will try to become compliant so in the long term, more than ever, the phrase applies: 

"Not Your Keys, Not Your Crypto"
