OTC prices range from $0.4 to $3. With a supply of 1B (all seems to be in circulation, 38% of which is staked), I think it is quite overpriced. Also because the biggest exchanges that have announced the listing are:  
-Gate 
-Kucoin

3️⃣ Select "Transparent".  Or use IBC for Osmosis (which I think will support listing).

When considering the bad price action of $Atom, consider all these airdrops ($Tia, $Saga, $Dym, $Nam, etc) + 17% APR.  A generic altcoin that rises with +80%, if you don't sell it (because you wait for "altseason) you get shortly after -80% or even less (it also goes back under your purchase price) so your gain is 0.  

$Atom doesn't make these increases but in the meantime it allows you to:  

1) Produce stable (staking rewards, 17%). 
2) Receive airdrops (other stable, if you sell it).
