Which brings up my previous point: if your body can’t feel from deep, numbing trauma, you’re not likely to seek help. It creates a dark pattern in the data. Said differently: you can’t report what you can’t track.

alcoholic is not a cure but alcoholics (mostly boomers) will never accept they are depressed or something in the other hand, there are a big list of depressed women into pharma drugs like xanax and so on this don't report and alcoholism decreasing because we accept that people can have a mind issue and be completely functional as human and cause of the way some groups like millenialls ingest alcohol (weekends instead daily) favoring a daily consume of less damaging drugs like weed certainly, tech and social media, and the unkwown future of the world while it keeps accelerating going no where is increasing the levels of anxiety ans depression too
