it's a combination of - starting the league perfectly (full harvest as soon as it starts) - finish the weekly quests as soon as possible to start farming highest xp crops - completely all the daily quests - donate 10 times per day (2 times to the 5 people you can donate to)

Where am I able to find the 5 people that I am able to donate to? I always check /farville feed to try and find random people to donate to but the order is filled by the time I try
