Will enterprises "launch L2s"? It feels obvious that @base aligns to Coinbases core business model, but does that extend? I see platforms adopting them to offer a more reliable ecosystem solution for their partners, but besides that, like what would @Starbucks do with an L2...

lets say it was easy to launch an L2, so Starbucks does with a native 'stars' token for their loyalty points program. This could technically be an ERC on general chain but having their own L2 would allow them to collect fees if adjacent partners interacted/built on their network

Its like if @nyt allowed their crossword to accepted Starbucks stars as currency. I guess it would be assumed that the game would be built on Starbucks L2. But in the same world where its easy to launch l2s, wouldn't nyt want their own chain too?
