what online yoga teachers/videos do /yoga friends recommend for an almost-beginner? i mean more "actual" yoga and less yoga for adrienne (which is also great but it doesn't capture my attention for some reason)

i know it's much better to get an IRL teacher but time flexibility is more important for me right now 😅

I was lucky to have been recommended these David Swenson videos when I first started. There's a 15, 30, 45min version, all modified from the full Ashtanga practice, which is a set routine. Overall, it's much less mental burden so you can just focus on breathing.
