Good shout; I read βHow Brands Growβ by Byron Sharp recently and he talks a lot about the importance of reinforcing memory structures. Key to a good brand is being recognized, which comes from consistency.

I canβt agree enough. This space changes so often that brands canβt stay true to their narrative for longer than 2 months. You win if you can stay consistent and tell an authentic story.
