The best founders have:
- greatly detailed spreadsheets of their outreach to hundreds of VCs
- greatly detailed tokenomic policies
- greatly detailed financials and projections
- operational prowess (never miss payments, meetings, opportunities)
- perfect knowledge of all departments - product, token, marketing, legal, etc.

When a founder sends me information about their project I can instantly tell if they have a good chance of success or if they are destined to fail.
