Sucks for European builders and companies, but perhaps the politicians get to watch and learn how AI-driven unemployment plays out in the US before it becomes an issue here

If AI will indeed have such economic impact, I don’t think current regulations in EU will prevent similar outcome. People will use the same technology regardless, just creates more hoops to jump through.
