I’m very curious what country is your hospital in and what level of care it provides.

I’m not in medicine. But I spent two years on a research project about nurse training, efficiency, and retention, which is now being spun out as a commercial solution in the UAE.

USA, semi-rural 99 bed hospital.

We have a small ICU with no step-down unit. Nearest tertiary center is an 8 hour drive

I wasn't planning to on Farcaster (hadn't seen a lot of medical people until now really), but I may share more about the project as it progresses. The solution's being developed in/for the UAE first. But we had a couple early meetings with the American Nurses Association, as retention is such a big problem everywhere.
