ummmm i'm all for gender equality but i would really prefer if gynecology were restricted to women doctors only

oh btw i had the checkup today and 

1) he asked me why i don't have kids yet and 
2) said "good looking, healthy young people should have babies"

even if he's an old fart, which often excuses such comments, a woman doctor would never say that. completely unnecessary interaction 

i hope my regular dr is back from mat leave next time

A woman doctor would say that. When i got my iud removed the doctor started talking about planing my pregnancy, it was super insulting. I wont forget lolll

You are so right being i also think it is. If a male doc said that to me it probably wouldnt have hurt this much

haha. yeah, i guess i’m just salty bc my usual doctor who i trust was unavailable. it feels like a sensitive thing.
