totally agree on that! my point is that as you quoted about our internal balance affecting the society, it affects the other way too so we have to be aware of that factor and be understanding with ourselves if our internal landscape is not where we think it should be! circumstances matter and the programming we have been affected with is much bigger and older than us, and there are so many layers to it! i love your focus on  what we can do and its super vital, just adding my two cents focused on not asking way too much of ourselves on things that are to a degree not completely in our control! hope i made sense, looove taking part to this tedx talk <3

Very easy fix actually, and this is more about inner balance than anything else. Ofc I think what is balanced internally will also benefit to the society. Thanks for coming to my ted talk <3
