A letter I wrote to myself. Where I want to be in 5 weeks. Sharing this to hold myself accountable and maybe connect with someone on the same path. 💭 Dear TUNDE, How are you doing today? I was just sitting in silence, thinking And I decided to write this. A check-in. A reminder. A little push. Because the truth is… I don’t even have a clear vision of where I want to be next week. But you know what? I may not be able to predict my future But I have the power to create it. So first: Thank you. For being strong. For being faithful to yourself. For believing in your future, even when doubt was easier. That belief is hard. But it’s everything. You’ve walked many paths: Cybersecurity. UI/UX. HR. Each one taught you something. But now? It’s time to choose. You want to become a world-class HR professional. So now the big question: Where do you want to be in 5 weeks? Not someday. Not “eventually.” But 5 weeks from now. Let’s talk about it 👇

Maybe you don’t have a full answer yet. That’s okay. The answer isn’t something we wait for, It’s something we build. So let’s build it. Here’s what I want: 📌 Learn the core HR concepts deeply 📌 Speak confidently in rooms that once scared me 📌 Show up as my most authentic self 📌 Test my limits and find out what I’m truly capable of Big goals? Yes. But now it’s time for the real question: Are you ready to do the work? The late nights. The research. The uncomfortable conversations. The rejection. The effort to connect. The courage to speak up even when no one claps yet. Are you ready for that? If the answer is yes Then let’s go. We’re not doing this just for 5 weeks. We’re building a lifetime.

You’re not alone. Even if the full picture isn’t clear yet… You’re not lost. You’re not behind. You’re just becoming. You’re creating the version of yourself you’ve dreamed of. And that’s enough right now. Show up. Build forward. Keep going even when it’s quiet. Because 5 weeks from now, you’ll look back and smile. Not because it was easy, But because you showed up for yourself. So this is me. Writing a letter to my future self. Telling him: “I see you. I believe in you.
